My battery dies in 1 day. I had it charging all day yesterday, and I took it off the charger at 7 PM. Now its 11:07 AM the next day and its on one battery bar. I haven't talked it on it but like one or two times for no more than 5 minutes.

anyone else had this problem?

How long have you had it? Sounds like you've had it about a year or so and plug it in every time you think about it instead of letting the battery discharge completely.

with lithium-ion batteries that (^) doesnt apply

they will wear out over time

older nickel-cadmium had a memory where if you didnt fully discharge it, you couldnt fully recharge it
