i just found this in one of the FHM's i have. it's an article called Sean Salisburys True Stories and he shares some of his experiences over the years and one takes place during a NCSU-UNC football game at Carter-Finley when he first started out as a sideline reporter...funny.

Quote :
"During my first year as a sideline reporter, I was working the NCSU-UNC football game with Charley Steiner and Todd Christensen upstairs. We couldn't use wireless microphones at NCSU's stadium, so I was on hardwire. We set up in the back of the end zone before the game, and about 5 min. before kickoff, the band came out, lined up 4-deep. At the same time, Charley said, "Let's go to our 3rd man, Sean Salisbury, on the sidelines." As I started my piece, the band was walking directly toward me. I couldn't move b/c I was on hard wire, but they weren't stopping. I had been on camera for 10 sec. when the female tuba player-probably an M&M away from beign a buck eighty-ran me over Wham! You could hear the mic fall and Charley start laughing. He never really stopped. I was furious, but glad I didn't drop an F-bomb. Of course, I made Sportcenters opening montage that night."
