Anyone who is living in an apartment near state, has lived in one, or is planning on living in one... which complex is it, how do you like it, and are the rates good?

Me and 2 other girls are looking for an apartment and I just wanted to get some other people's opinions. Also, anyone ever heard anything about Centennial Ridge or Village??

Complex: Univeristy Woods
Rate: $265ish, you get what you pay for.
Rental Company: Preiss Co. If you don't ever need to talk them about anything, they are great! But they will charge you for everything little thing wrong with your apartment.

My advice: Stay away from all Preiss Co. apartments
