ok so the OZ package means a GSX and then some?

b/c your around the proper asking price for a GSX slightly under a excellent rating on KBB which is respectable... given that thats what this qualify's as

needless to say, I'm interested do you have all

not a GSX... i dont mean to be an ass, but if you look closely at the engine pic, you will come to the conclusion that its a GS 2.0L N/T DOHC Engine That has the special edition OZ sports Package(Struts/springs, Rims, spoiler, sliding sunroof, leather, body kits and side skirts, a muffler tip, white speedometer, upgraded sound etc...google search) from the factory that is only given to special GS cars made just in 1999.

are you retarded? on the off chance that you find a gsx remotely close to where you live you would be hard pressed to get it for less than $12,000......probably closer to $14,000+ is what you should expect to pay

way to be an ass

you yourself very recently thought this engine was the same as a GSX engine. and I would guess you'd have a hard time distinguishing oem turbo and non turbo engines if you didn't have the snail gleaming in your face

^^really cause when i looked at autotrader before i posted to confirm what i was going to say the cheapest one within 300 miles of here was $12,500 for years between 97 and 99....they sell above blue book because of the hype and how hard they are to find

^^Uhh..no i didnt i know the diffrence dipshit.
What i said before was that I thought it was a turbo b/c of the body style...and then when i found out and actually went and looked at it found it was a GS...and since i sold my old car, i had to have a car soon, so i bought this one.

You can find working stock gsx's for about 9500 or a little less. They aren't going to be in perfect condition, but in good working order. I have a friend who is thinking of selling is GSX for 7,500 and its a 99 gsx, but it needs some cosmetic work, unless he gets it repainted. It is true its hard to find gst and gsx's. RS and GS makes up 90% of the eclipse population with something like 7% being gst and 3% being gsx. And Half of the gst and gsx's are already crashed. Not to mention that dsm's have high insurance rates.

How are you going to say that when you bought the car a few months ago? More proof that you can never trust anyone who is trying to sell you something.

4 is too little 6 and its your.

Specter

I know bro, but you know after all the ticket incedents thats been going on and about to graduate (might relocate), it has to go.....i thought you like vr4 more...

Skack

I bought the car on october of 2005, i bought it in texas. I drove it from there to here and also i drive alot here to work school and home...and yes every 2500 miles i do change the oil b/c i love this car and would love it to last a long time and feel that that is the cheapest way to take care of it.

If you dont trust me then thats your take on this issue, but ask anyone else who bought anytihng from me, and you'll know that (especially on buying and selling) i dont lie.

Who cares how many times you've changed the oil if you just bought it in October. You probably only put 10k of the 120k miles on there and it is unlikely that you have any idea how often the oil was changed for the first 110k miles. Unless you can show some proof of those 2500 mile oil changes for the first 100k+ then it is just shady business to represent it that way.

2500 mile oil change is retarded and a waste of money, not a way to make your car last longer

3000 mile oil changes are just as retarded, esp if using synthetic oil.

Hell, Honda's are reccomending around 7500, my vette usually gets at least 6k before it says it 'needs' changing. i've had an oil analysis done even a thousand miles past that and it still came back saying the oil had at least 3k miles of good life left in it.

anyways, ebay it, it's really a waste of time trying to sell anything on here

it wouldn't be a bad idea to change the oil in a car every 3k miles if it was a tuner car that has a huge turbo which creates a lot of heat. In turn then could degrade the viscosity of the oil over time, but since its an economy engine, same used on the neon. Its pretty much worthless to do it.
