I can't see Detroit not winning it all they're clearly the best team i think. I think San Antonio is very vulnerable this year and could see them going down to Dallas, or Phoenix/Denver.... some people are even picking Sac to beat them but that seems overboard.

Definitely going to be an exiciting playoffs though.

Some of the NBA haters should give it a shot and maybe realize a lot of their claims about the NBA are false.

hahaha...we are fans of college and NBA ball...because we like basketball...some of the NBA haters...well hopefully they will give it a shot but dont count on it...because even though they wanna see "teamwork" and "defense", teams like the Spurs and Pistons who epitomize that are "boring" and "not exciting"

I want to see kobe average 50 in that series

He scored 42 per game vs the suns in the season, so its not too much of a stretch

spurs and kings could be closer than people think, at least much better than the other 1 vs 8 matchup. Pistons will stomp Milwaukee.

Will not be close at all...Spurs playin possum all season b/c they know they in the playoffs. Let the calm average tempo and injuries seriously if you want too. See Spurs in final...

Pistons
Bulls
Nets
Cavs

Spurs
Lakers
Clippers
Grizzlies

Round 2:
Cavs over Pistons
Nets over Bulls

Spurs over Grizzlies
Lakers over Clippers

Round 3:
Cavs over Nets
Spurs over Lakers

Finals:
Spurs over Cavs

It should be quite apparent by now that I haven't followed the NBA at all this year.

Is Lebron really 21? I am sure that no one would care if he sucked balls or something, but look at the 20 year old hansbrough and some others that were honest about it. Maybee they were just the honest ones...

^^that assist to ronald murray was sick too...the fact that he can elevate, draw 2-3 defenders, fake a floater, and then stay in the air long enough to switch hands and underhand a perfectly placed pass to a cutting player...some david blaine shit

just realized that ^^ probably is the same thing i'm talking about

I would love to see an upset, but now that all of the series are best of 7, that will be a rarity.

Pistons and Spurs in the finals. Not a stretch.

Mavs and Pistons will both win this evening.

Bad scheduling by the NBA.

Two worthless games on the night cap.

AHA, Kobe is such a bitch. He was driving to the hoop and got fouled lightly. He took like two more dribbles, was wide open in the lane, and just tossed the ball up because he assumed they would call the foul from earlier. Assumptions, assumptions...

Lakers could very easily have won this, if they could just hit open shots.

It's amazing what Phoenix has accomplished this year without Stoudemire...

there wasnt much he could do he was out of steps and he didnt have his legs under him to jump.

and he got smacked in the face.

kinda shitty that Kobe doesnt get that call in the playoffs down the stretch.

MJ woulda gotten that call the minute he put the ball on the floor.

he picked up his dribble on the drive and had already taken 2 and a half steps.... his left leg went outwards on his plant...

Artest suspended for Game 2?

I didn't even see this elbow in question

Quote :
"
Artest suspended one game for hitting Ginobili
Associated Press

NEW YORK -- Ron Artest of the Sacramento Kings was suspended one game without pay for hitting Manu Ginobili of the San Antonio Spurs in the head with his forearm.

The suspension was announced Monday by the league. Artest will miss Game 2 of the Western Conference series on Tuesday.

The contact occurred in the third period of the Spurs' 122-88 win Saturday night against the visiting Kings.

Artest was hit in the mouth by Ginobili's elbow on the game's opening possession. The cut inside his upper lip required three stitches. "

ouch...

The Kings are really not a good team I dont see why people thought they could beat the Spurs.

Their window is done...

I mean when Kevin Martin is playing a lot of minutes you cant expect to take out the defending champions.
