they won't release the autopsy results because it could jeopardize the investigation. that's the reason they haven't released the cause of death.

of course, at this point, since the husband has not been named a suspect in the investigation or even a person of interest, then the courts have no reason not to give his girls back to him. i suspect he'll get them back come friday's court hearing - unless of course, CPD arrests him before then.

well consider if somebody with that opinion about this case were called up for jury duty. that opinion (should they be honest about having it) would likely prevent them from serving as a fair juror. from a defensive standpoint- they really have made their mind up about the husband, and would be more likely to make the evidence fit their opinion, and give less weight to other plausible explanations.

it's a touch contradictory to say "I think the husband did it" but follow up by "I believe in innocent until proven guilty". Not saying it's retarded to say such a thing- but the two concepts are not exactly akin.

i agree. whoever this "carrie" person is, i'm surprised they haven't come forward to give her side of the story.

and the 911 sounds sketchy. especially since the woman is claiming nancy's car and cell phone are still at the house. the only explanation i can give for that is that she called nancy's house and spoke with her husband and he told her that her things were still here and he presumed nancy was still out running.

it seems that the neighbor is either a snoop and tries to be too involved in the cooper's life or she knows a lot more about nancy and brad's relationship and hasn't come forward with details that maybe nancy had shared with the neighbor in the past.
