the entire postulated timeline that kept changing
the fact that multiple people - including a CPD officer - saw her out jogging that morning,
the obviously falsified and planted digital evidence that was allowed
the fact that Nancy got pregnant by another dude who all of a sudden popped up in her life again
the fact that that dude had "met with" Nancy several times before her death and lied about it to police
the fact that that dude was never investigated as a person of interest by the CPD
the fact that Nancy had had marital indiscretions at least 3 times during their marriage
