Yeah, committed to VT, visited our camp this past weekend and de-committed from VT stating "he had found a better fit."

Same high school as 2 4* prospects(WR and RB), not sure it'll help either way, but VT has had a nice run of DBs, so glad we were able to keep him in-state and it's a good sign if they wanted him.

According to Rivals, so far we've got commitments from seven of the Top35 in North Carolina, with two in the top20. (BJ Hill isn't in the top35)

UNC has three total so far, none in the top20.

^ Don't know if any of these guys will pan out but does make you wonder how much effort TOB was putting in on recruiting if its seemingly easy for a bunch of guys coming from small schools northern/midwestern schools without local connections to draw some of the local talent.

I just met BJ Hill and Bo Hines. My nephew is a rising junior at State's camp today trying to lay the foundation for an offer. Both (BJ and Bo) talked about getting State to the BCS bowl and how all the coaches want to lock down all the top recruits in the State. I didn't experience a TOB run camp but the coaches are real energetic.

Based on the front of PP it looks like we're doing well recruiting Kamara(4* WR). Anyone care to divulge if "doing well" means top 5, top 3, leader?

Sounds like we're actually doing pretty well with several 4* or better players, which is a nice change of pace. Like that we're laying a solid foundation with these 3* players and then we can invest more time/energy into the top ranked guys that are holding off a bit.

Saw where Tony Adams(NR OL we just picked up) has been ranked finally on Scout, up to a 3* C and the #6 C in the country. Not too shabby.

Sounds like we're really putting emphasis on WR, DE, and OL. Also pretty involved with some 4* WRs and 4/5* DEs, think our OL commits so far are all solid, think if we land Prescod over Auburn that would be pretty impressive too.
