Okay, so what if they want to pray... why does that matter.

I mean I really don't see why it matters if they want to pray together. If one of them weren't a part of that religion and found it offensive then they prob shouldn't do it, but if they all agree to then what is the big deal?

Please show me an example of where "praying together" has been ruled Unconstitutional.

Children are perfectly within their rights during recess, lunch, before or after class to form prayer circles and speak in tongues or whatever the hell they want.

In fact, here's the relevant case history:
Westside Community Board of Education v. Mergens, (1990) -- Ruled that schools must allow student groups to meet to pray and worship if other non-religious groups are also allowed to meet on school property.

The problem is when the school itself organizes or sanctions it.

Those folks are free to meet and pray together whenever it's not on the taxpayer's dime.
