Yes, in x-2 Professor X could kill people with concentrated thought. So why doesn't he freeze or kill mutants in this 'epic' battle in x-3.

There's not a Storm movie, I just read an interview with Halle recently where they asked her if she would do one and she said the character didn't really warrant a whole movie to herself.

Magneto and Wolverine are the only ones in development, and possibly a younger team movie.
