Tough decision this morning...
The weather for the Pats Bears game looks horrid. I have Brady starting and he has been phenomenal as of late but this just looks like bad news. My only other option is Shaub against the Ravens on Monday night. Brady vs Blizzard or Shaub vs Ravens 12/12/2010 11:18:21 AM |

Gonna post without an opinion on the above...sorry man, but I've got a similar situation...need to pick 1 WR of the following:
Earl Bennett vs. blizzard Steve Smith vs. injury Mike Thomas vs. Oakland 12/12/2010 11:32:35 AM |

I have 2 positions available for the following 3 players: Wes Welker, Mario Manningham, and Thomas Jones. Right now Jones is on my bench but with Cassel out, KC should be running alot. NYG has a bunch of injured receivers so Manningham should get alot of looks. But who knows when/where he'll play. The weather in Chicago favors a short passing game, which favors Welker. Dunno if he'll get into the endzone though. What do I do, Wolfweb? 12/12/2010 11:37:42 AM |

^^^in good weather I would say Bennet, but not today. Go with Thomas. Nobody is worth starting on the Bears today. (Maybe Forte)

this thread wont work if everyone asks questions and on one answers.
^^^^ Take Bennett if its a PPR league. Look for lots of short throws but probably not many yards. He is a possession/3rd down receiver so he gets the short stuff. Otherwise go with Thomas.
^^^,^ Dont sit Brady. He will be fine...the Patriots use a short passing game anyways and Brady has the arm strength to get the completions even with the wind. Though this will be a low scoring game I think. If you want to take a chance at lots of points play your other option.
^^ Manningham and Welker would be my first choice in a PPR league, but I could be sold on Jones too against SD. Tough decision. 12/12/2010 11:48:07 AM |

^^ That's a tough one. I would say Schaub but it all depends on which Schaub decides to show up today. Brady is hard to bet against though... 12/12/2010 12:26:09 PM |

GB's pass D has been GREAT lately but I would still go with Megatron. 25 mph winds in KC so passing is going to be minimized I'm guessing... 12/12/2010 12:30:32 PM |

Eh I'd stick to Megatron.
What about this for Flex (PPR): Nicks vs. Vikings (looks probable to play, but maybe a little risky coming off injury) Tolbert vs. Chiefs (pretty consistent but people are saying R. Matthews will make bigger impact) 12/12/2010 12:32:42 PM |

What has that mfer Matthews done all season?? I wouldn't worry about Tolbert losing carries. And he's the goal line guy in a windy game. 12/12/2010 12:35:55 PM |

Andre or maybe Branch
SF DEF or BAL DEF
Thats the way I am leanin BAL). But my thinking on SF is: huge divisional game at home for SF compared to a MNF game for Baltimore in which Houston is able to put up points (Schaub to Andre).

oh yeah he's back. after 12 weeks of being inactive he sprained his calf within the first 5 minutes of week 13's game with not a single yard or reception. He wasn't supposed to be able to play this week but is "ahead of progress." Gates may be out as far as I know and so is Naanee so he might be a good play. 12/12/2010 2:50:52 PM |

Don't play any Arizona receiver today if you have ANY other option. JOHN SKELTON to make his first NFL start. Yes, the rookie QB out of Fordham. Scouting report is big with a strong arm but very little accuracy.

^^ no I didn't. Which is why I am asking a question about something that happened during the game. But their lead receiver to have 2 catches and then fumble early in the game and then do nothing the rest of the game is indication enough that there could be an injury, especially if all you have is stat tracker. 12/12/2010 8:45:24 PM |

It should be illegal to have Desean Jackson and Mike Vick on the same fantasy team. DROD is raping face again in one of my $ leagues.
LOL, he is now up by 25 with Arian Foster, Anquan Boldin and Sidney Rice to go tomorrow...

Dear Anquan Boldin,
Please disregard the message posted above. You did just enough to get me to Round 2 of the playoffs despite me making a few terrible calls.
Thank you, LudaChris
So who do you guys like going forward for the rest of the playoffs at TE: Kevin Boss or Owen Daniels?
Daniels looked solid last night, and Boss gets no yards but does manage to get a TD every other game or so. I have Gates but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't play anymore in the regular season. 12/14/2010 8:39:01 AM |

It's the playoffs, so I'm inclined to go with my studs regardless. However should I consider benching McCoy @Giants for Tolbert vs SF this week? Ryan Mathews has been assuming more workload, and McCoy had decent points versus the Giants first time (but most of it from one play). Another consideration is I start Vick and DeShawn Jackson, as well as Malcolm Floyd. My other RB/flex must-starts are MJD @Indy and Run DMC. I'm inclined to stick with McCoy as well.
TE: Tamme vs Jacksonvile or Gronkowski (NE) vs Green Bay. 12/14/2010 9:47:36 AM |

Aaron Rodgers @NE David Garrard @Indy
Assume Rodgers is healthy. If it's snowing, he might not be great and Garrard is in a dome.
I'm leaning toward Garrard, just wanted to see what others might do. 12/14/2010 10:54:43 AM |
