I laughed pretty hard at the Russian dash cam video as well. Hilarious how horrible the drivers are over there, seems like everyone in Russia has the temperament of a toddler. Doesn't help they all get liquored up and drive like bats out of hell on icy roads.

So many of the Russian ones were LOL-worthy, great video! The SUV driving through all the puddles on the side of the road and then the bulldozer running into half the cars in the parking lot had me in tears. Also the guys who get in a wreck, then grab their bags and walk away like that's where they meant to park their car.

I'm pretty sure why so many Russians have dash cam is for that reason alone... People are batshit crazy and needs to be recorded; otherwise you tell the story that a jet was 10 ft off the ground and passed by you on the road would be hard to believe without video evidence.

If I lived in Russia, I'd rig camera's all over my car.
