As someone who has kept up with this game since beta, it's fun to watch the rage and tears generated by a pre-expansion patch. "Rawr rawr my class is broken now, everyone's class is broken now, I can't faceroll content, I died on a boss last night, fuck you Blizzard you just lost a subscriber RAWR!"

Honorbuddy has improved 10 fold over the past year. They have a built in kicks leveling profiles.

I always monitor 100% and queue dungeons when i can. I usually watch movies or tv shows while its running. Always quest bot, do not grind bot. Bot normal hours.

I'm not saying that old content needs to be trivial, but running hard modes with my friend for the heel of it and for achievements was pretty fun. There are enough server stability issues currently that surely could have been a priority. Is Wintergrasp still hella broken? I was trying to grab the jc patterns, but there was NOTHING up in the entire zone.

I've done everything there is to do with Honorbuddy... bot PvP to level, quest bot to level, farm herbs/skinning/mining, bot LFR on 5 different toons while at work (addon logs you on and off). it's all pretty safe and as long as you aren't in the same spot for too long, you won't get caught. i got caught once grinding goblin rep and got reported. 24 hr ban and nothing else.

made my first million botting skinning. only bad thing is that since you can literally do EVERYTHING with honorbuddy, it takes away a lot of the game. i think thats why i gave up a year ago. the only thing fun left was heroic raiding and that got old after farm content

they fixed old world raids so that the gunship in ICC scales with item level and the vehicles in ulduar flame leviathan also do.

I was pleased to see that my boosted rogue with an ilvl of 500 was able to sail through BT solo. I'm sure that's been a trivial endeavour for a while now, but that was the first time I tried it after reading that two of the bosses were problematic.

you can put any enchant on them, the effect just scales by up/down by level.

i took a while off and couldn't weasel my way in on my hunter that is 538. idiots want 560+ for some crazy reason. i went once with a PUG and we stomped the place until the tank and heal combo DC'd.

I paid 3k twice for a run on my hunter and then 499 warrior (hadn't played him since TES)

i'd suggest taking a thorough read of this:

it lists all of the bonuses you get at each rank of each building. you'll definitely want to get the Inn asap since it gives you the dungeon daily

I thoroughly enjoy the game right now. I don't, however, enjoy the other players (dps) who have a MoP mentality in dungeons and feel free to pull on their own regardless of the tank.... Servers are rather laggy right now, but things are certainly doable.

I'm really, really enjoying it right now. The intro quest line was incredibly entertaining and did a good job summing up the basic plot of the expansion. Everything after has been just as good and holds my attention. Garrisons add a lot to the game in my opinion, almost too much for someone who doesn't focus well to begin with sometimes haha. I quit playing during Burning Crusade (played alittle late into Wrath but only for a month) and started playing again about 4 months ago ... I'm really glad I did. It's pretty awesome. Feels like it harkens back to my middle school days playing the original Warcraft Orcs vs Humans games. The servers are full. I'm on a very low pop server and have been in queue for about 30 minutes every time I've logged in. A buddy of mine on a high pop server has been waiting hours each login. Outside of that everything has ran smooth for me but I could see how high pop servers could be a pain.

If you can look past the massive ddos attack on day 1, the near constant server stability issues, and the back-to-back-to-back days of hours long emergency server maintenance.. the actual xpac is pretty damn good.

They've crammed a LOT of polish on everything. Just the world itself looks absolutely incredible. They've also stepped up their game on the quest/story-telling side of the ball.

i had an addon that i could just type in how many i needed and it would go through and buy them all whatever the best deal was full stacks partial stacks and singles. I used to hate those fuckers too until i realized a lot of times they'd be underpriced.

Until that addon i'd overpay the full stack guys just for the convenience.

grimrail depot is the best dungeon ever. shadowmoon burial grounds in the shittiest (because its hard atm).

They've butchered UBRS and turned it into something even less fun if that's at all possible.

2000 Garrison Resources for Level 3 Garrison is laaame. There are some good map addons that will mark the location of all the rare spawns and treasure items in the world you can loot for GR. Strongly recommend.

Hint: there is an underwater cave under your fishing shack with GR. Also about 3-4 piles of dirt around your Garrison with GR too.
