i think the real question is, can you retrofit the accord rims onto the nsx? think about it, think about it...

both are 5X114.3

yeah the rim will fit, but your offsets will (most likely) be off.

Depending on which style NSX wheel you used, this might actually look good on a 5th or 6th gen Accord coupe, assuming you could get the back wheels to not stick out beyond the fenders.
