I ran a 7.77@91mph a few months back (attached to a 1/4 slip, heh).

What kind of car/mods?

^hot damn thats snappy. what car?

yeh this is my R32 w/ chip and CAI. i had a hard time findign the sweet spot in launching. id either spin all four wheels a little too long or id bog down and go nowhere. most of the guys w/ more experience on the R32 boards get low 1.8 60ft times w/ a few 1.7xs.

this was my first time at a strip. this was at Benson. pretty funny scene out there i must say. its probably the last time i'll do it, but at least i can say i've done it i suppose. there were some funny cars and 'real' drag cars out there that were just nasty fast. one guy got a low 4.x and trapped over 150mph

Sucks dude. It would have smoked your shit. Fastest it ever went was 12.0@115mph on 15psi and pump gas. Never got around to running more boost and race gas. Oh well, maybe the new owner will. If he can handle it that is

Basic mods:
wiseco pistons, dr stage 3 heads, dr-500s, fuel stuff, re-geared, arc-2, exhaust, rps clutch setup.

95-96 Stealth TTs weighed about 200lbs less than a regular VR-4 due to not having a lot of the "cool" options that made the VR-4 so heavy.

chirping the tires is a sign that you are right on the edge of maximum traction and slippage.. it's a good thing.

anyways nice times its all good as long as your having fun

whatevv. cars that run 13s stock in the 1/4 and kicked ass in DS in the autox nationals can't be THAT slow or THAT heavy. unless your comparing it to like an elise in which case, wow thanks.
