At the Cat's Cradle.
Even though I saw him 5 months ago at King's, I'm being pulled in again. It's always worth it. 11/16/2005 10:52:00 PM |

I always pay attention to his opening acts now. Three years ago at Kings The Joggers opened up for him and I missed them 11/21/2005 10:38:24 AM |

I'm going. I saw them at King's and enjoyed the Birds of Avalon a lot.
Tristeza should be interesting.
Not to mention Ted Leo is amazing. 11/21/2005 2:46:50 PM |

good show. didn't like the back-up vocals too much. (if you catch my drift) 11/22/2005 1:34:11 AM |

I had no interest in the opening bands but Ted was awesome.... I did feel like the crowd was kind of dead though.... I kept dancing and people kept looking at me, but I was there to have a good time.... 11/22/2005 1:37:06 AM |

(i just wish the dude behind me had piped down a little bit. i get it: you know all the words to the songs, you don't have to scream them.)
(also, the second band had some songs that were pretty great in a sorta gybe! kinda way. i don't really see how they picked these two opening acts though. very different from ted leo.) 11/22/2005 1:40:33 AM |

Tristeza is good, but not very exciting live.
I used to listen to them in HS when I was going to sleep. Real chill music, at least most of their first album was. 11/22/2005 1:55:10 AM |

i thought they were excellent choices for opening act. it allowed you not to get overly rocked before the main rocking. and the drummer from Tristeza was so fluid, he was fun to watch.
and i was right up front singing and dancing. fuck it. 11/22/2005 11:00:09 PM |
