Number of stamps is based on weight, not size of the envelope, although there is typically a direct correlation. The postal rates for package weights are posted online.

yeah, i was making a rough guess. You can send with stamps you just have to put more than one on there. A lady in my office does that all the time. 12/8/2005 5:46:20 PM |
