down here in West Palm Beach....they had their xmas parade today....doesnt feel like xmas wearing shorts and sweating.....


at the end of the parade, two drumlines faced off, was random. State champs vs a drumline that had just been together for 4 months. They held their own....and it was stopped by the police after the parade had ended(had to reopen the bridge). I think that face off attracted more people then the parade.

That happened at a bowl game pre party thing I was at once. Freaking weird drumlines. It was like a freestyle rap contest.

Hi, I live in Fucking Hawaii.
I don't give a damn about snow, but I do give a damn about the fact that our a/c has been on since I got here in July.
It's also my first Xmas away from my parents. I'm not all that close to my family, and I'll be with my husband, but it's just weird.

it's not really how they celebrate it. it's just walking out on christmas morning in shorts and a tank top.

and i've also celebrated christmas in hawaii a few times and i don't remember our a/c being on. as hot as everyone thinks hawaii gets, it really doesn't. it's pretty mild and i remember wearing jackets a lot.
