So basically the law has been ruled unlawful by several federal appeals courts, but yet the government can continue to collect this tax. 9 billion they owe us, and adding

The government doesn't owe us a thing until this issue is decided by the Supreme Court. Each of these ruling (none of which appears to apply to NC residents) will be appealed.

I just hope, if it's found unlawful, that we can collect from service providers we no longer use.

Interesting how there are 298 million people in America ... a cell phone for every man, woman and child? (Yeah yeah, business and personal cell phones, still a bit odd).
