By checked she means dewormed and tested negative for FELV/FIV! they are about 4 pounds each, and are still a little shy but just need some tender loving care to open up

the adoption fee is $39.50, but they already have all the check-ups and stuff done... the phone number for the hospital is 872-6060 if you want to call and get some more info

Hope you have some type of spay/neuter voucher stating the kittens must be fixed. All they need to do is fall into the hands of someone irresponsible who either 1) thinks kittens are so cute and breeds them or 2) Procrastinates doing it and and an unwanted litter is born.

for the kitties

PS why do cats always love to chill/hang out/sleep in their litter??? mine did that when they were kittens!

Those are some nice looking cats.

Not the usual gutter-scum cats TWWers usually post in Classifieds.

Brentwood Animal Hospital. 3810 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27604. If you want you can call (872-6060) and the receptionist can give you directions or I can give you some.

FYI you can get your cat fixed for $15 if you don't make a lot of money. Through a company called AnimalKind, inc. Just get the forms, mail them off and when they come back you pay $15....$20 for dogs

having 2 cats is better than 1 imo. they get more exercise, destroy less stuff, and are less lonely. Makes it easier to leave for a few days with extra food set out.

Let me ask the roomates. They weren't enthralled with the idea of a cat #2 but I'll ask again.

They dont have to go togetther do they?

hey, did gremlin get tested for parasites?

because now she has tapeworms and may have infected the other 6 cats.

6 cats!! wow...when i brought her in they tested her for leukemia (neg of course), and i think they gave her first vaccs and dewormer... but i am not completely sure and can't find my old invoice for it.

when I go in tuesday I can check her record if you want me to...

FYI, these kittens for adoption are already dewormed and vaccinated! they are getting sweeter everytime i go into work

i assumed she had a fecal check... just because dr. N was notorious for demanding they be done for every animal.

anyway, she's getting spayed and dewormed tomorrow, and we'll hold off on treating any of the other cats until they show signed (because tapeworm dewormer isn't cheap, hehe).

btw, 4 of those cats are with my parents. the other 2 are with me... so it's not QUITE as bad as it sounds!

^tapeworms are pretty hard to pass around, at least compared to the others. Its much easier when there is a flea infestation. Your other cats are probably safe.
