well, all you REALLY need is the wheel, the tank, clipon and a rear footpeg to hold the exhaust. all that will surely be under 200. everything else you can either reuse (exhaust, headlight), repair (subframe) or it's not necessary at all (clocks).

i didnt have plastics (im fixing the old one), i dont need a seat, mine are both fine...and for the carbs all i need is some of the tubes that got wripped off. mine are fine. i bet you 100 dolla the bike will run just fine, when it's thrown back together, im spending extra bc i picked up more shifts at my old job. while the bike is down and out i might as well fix it right.
