the supreme court just turned down RIM's appeal. the court could order an injunction that would blackout blackberry services for at least while the litigation is being resolved between the patent holder and RIM.

its way to big to use as just a phone, doesnt take full advantage of bluetooth, and doesnt make sense having one if you dont use it for email.

unless you are selling it for dirt cheap a blackberry is a bad idea right now
