How well do you usually get along with your roomates?

At my house we usually,

- clean up in spurts, if your a neat freak you may go insane
- entertain quite a bit
- every few weeks have an open door party that gets a little out of hand

The noise policy is,
- if someone's noise is bothering you put on some headphones, play some music to help you sleep

Amenities Inlcude,
- Kegerator hard mounted in to the house (in storage room, tap mounted in exterior wall facing patio)
- Big Screen in living room
- Digital Cable box in all bedrooms
- Road Runner (wireless)
- Large Gas Grill
- DVR box in living room
- 5 minute walk to bus stop
- Shorter walk to Kaplan Drive Park
- Fucking huge room the size of a converted garage

The only thing that sucks about the place is you will have to park on kaplan dr. I am only the fourth house up from the st, but my current roomate and I already got dibs on the driveway.

The rent can be paid weekly/monthly. (with a 1 period deposit) The lease is period to period (week to week, month to month) and can be terminated with that amount of notice.

we got a room open
2 chicks

its the master suite, own bathroom, whiteish carpets
we have 2 dogs.
washer/dryer
gas oven/stove
ac.heat
fenced in backyard for puppies
open immediately

ours is only open through april, but it is on the first floor, so it is an easy move in and move out
