My housemate is looking for someone to take over her lease for the period of April 1st to the end of the lease period June 30th 2006 for a 2BR/1.5 Bath town home. The rent is $315 pm for the room and water. Utilities include only power which usually doesn't go over $30 per month per person. Internet access is available for $15pm per person if you'd like to share internet at home. These are very spacious townhomes managed by NCSU housing so the maintenance service is excellent.
