She won't reply to any emails, she'll steal money from you anyway she can, she made us clean the carpets b/c she didn't want to have to pay for it (they weren't any dirtier than a normal carpet would be after a year), she lives in another country 10 months out of the year so there's no way to get ahold of her, she held my deposit for 3 months after I moved out, then she *claims* she sent it once but it never came to me and then charged the cancel check fee to me send another... the list goes on and on.

Shorty04 had to pay for a hole in the kitchen wall and for excessive dirt on the carpet. She was not charged for an off track window in her room because instead of calling a window person I fixed it myself, hurting my back in the process. The charge was $25. Not much if you have ever rented from most companies who would have charged for several other small things. I have copies of responses to emails and an NC number now that tenants can call. I believe that I bend over backwards to be fair to tenants. If you agree that what she had to pay was unreasonable then good luck finding a better landlord.
