im not gonna be around for the summer if anyone is interested in subleasing my room, it is available from now till around the time the school starts (flexible on time)

the room is fully furnished, has a big monster window a/c unit, i just painted the walls and stained the floor. i will post pics of the room sometime soon.

300 a month includes rent and utilities, $25 a month extra if you want roadrunner and dvr with HBO.

as you can see furniture includes bed, futon, corner table, bookshelf, couple lil small shelfs, computer chair and two minifridges. for those confused about the bed, it is right behind the futon. also there is a walk-in closet. i will even throw in my set of entertainment glasses and all the kitchenware.

by the way the crackhouse HAS BEEN SHUDOWN a month or so the street is a WHOLE LOT NICER now. you will still see an occasional bum but nothing like the street used to be.

also there is a heavy bag/speed bag setup in the dungeon should you requre some self defence training

allright here it goes

there are more details in the link about the house in my first post, but

this is an 8 bedroom house with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a living room, screened balcony, and a dungeon.

there are 4 people living there in addition to me

none of those people are moving out for the summer

that means in addition to my room i can work out a temporary lease on any of the empty rooms in the house, meaning you can move in UP TO 3 FRIENDS with you

keep in mind, only MY room is fully furnished. BUT. there is a SHIT TON of furniture and accessories in the dungeon you are welcome to use, desks, shelves, bathtubs, a/c units and a concrete mixer. i wouldnt use any of the mattrasses down there and all the descs and shit would require a scrub with clorox.

call my cell if you wanna see the place, cause there are a few people interested and this is first-come, first-serve
