Today was my first day at the range, and it went well. Let me begin by saying none of the men including me fell or droped the bike(6 guys), and all 4 except 1 who has ridden before of the women all crashed and dropped the bikes several times. The one women was comepletly out of control, grabedd the throttle, ran into the barrels and ropes and it finally brought her down....needless to say she went the the hospital (in an ambulance).

My lesson from Igor helped alot, but this was alot more of excessing practice, i think has been a great, and overall entertaining exterience. I'd like to know your thoughts on it, but i would def reccomend it. I'll post some more info after tomorrows lesson.

BTW this is through my local harley davidson dealer, the class is called Riders Edge, and were on Buell Blasts 500cc, and damn they are durable...

$120 at Wake Tech, but that's fairly standard... I mean it is a class and you get to use their bikes. Definitely a worthy investment b/c the course counts as the driving test for the DMV, so you bypass the permit and get your license by just taking the written test and giving them the MSF course completion card.

like 10% off in certain states. Don't believe NC does that...

Nationwide did not care that I had taken the course or ask for proof of it, so I don't think so. (in NC)
