just because the majority of america are consumer whores does not change the fact that the razr is a complete piece...perhaps those two "dipshits" actually attempted to USE their phones to their supposed potential and the razr crapped out...this is much more likely considering the notorious reputation that the razrs are building

who says they bought 3? if they got them new they were probably replaced under warranty.

my wife is on her 3rd samsung x497 due to dropped calls. cingular keeps replacing it thinking it's that one unit that's bad even though the model of phone is junk.

my razor isnt even a year old and the caller id window on the front has already quit working (ive never dropped this phone ever), the bluetooth wont work anymore, and the call quality is shit.

mines not under warranty, so ill keep it for a while until it falls apart, but i wouldnt recommend anyone purchasing a new one
