it would cost you $10-30 to see each of those bands by themselves so if you add all that up the price isnt too crazy. Festivals suck most of the time tho.

wow...i was definately planning on going to this until i found out its $100.

ill pay over a $100 for a 2-3 day festival, but not for a one day concert.

^but for that $10-$30 you will get a full show. they will probably have 1 or 2 headliners that actually play a full show, and the rest of them will play for an hour.

New Pornographers? wow, I was hoping Dead Fetus and the Flaming donkey queefers would be there

some of those bands I wouldnt mind seeing, but not for $100, maybe $50

individually, yes, but this is a festival. bands wont play as long as they normally do, nor will they have the stage setup specifially for them (with their effects), the sound won't be mixed specifically for them, etc. you simply arent going to get the same show from a band at a festival as you do from an individual show.
