Levar Fisher--NCSU LB 1998-2002

He was drafted in the second round. Last time I talked to him, he was getting to report to New Orleans. Shoulder injuries has haunted his career...last I'd heard he was on the practice team

I remember talking with one dude who played linebacker in the mid '90s. He was working at Build-A-Bear and was making all the little kids do the little Build-A-Bear dance.

Working with the town of cary athletic staff - I've seen guys playing in the Men's Open A League:
Brian Keeter
Cliff Crawford
Ishua Benjamin
Chucky Brown
Chuck Nevitt
Carlos King (NCSU fullback a few years ago)
Idris Talib
Justin Gainey

I think Gainey is a coach at an area high school - Cary Academy?

Anthony Barbour coaches at Southern Durham

Well OSH is the phonetic way of shortening Ishua..... I knew who he was talking about.

Or you could just call him "Ishua" pronounce like it's spelled like Linda Cohn used to call him.

tremayne stephens was at state a while back getting his masters. not sure what he's doing now, but he used to post on tdub occasionally.

i wonder what happened to Cornelius Williams, Luke Buffum, and Rodney Monroe

It has been a while since Anthony Barbour was the coach at Southern Durham..

After he left Southern Durham he coached at Middle Creek in Wake County.

Now, he is the coach at SSS (Smithfield-Selma) in Johnston county.

Last time I heard Jamie Barnett was playing CFL. Steve Norton is pursuing country music in Nashville. Luke Buffum married Jennifer Harvey (I think that is her name...she was a guard for the Kay Yow).

Hey guys, my dad is a big State fan and has been wondering what every happened to TA. I see in this post it says at Bojangles, and there is another thread all about him but there are so many derogatory comments and name calling that its hard to know if anyone is being serious or not. Can anyone verify that this is what in fact has happened to him? Thanks.

What happened to Grundy? I remember him coming into the league with the Hawks and did really well for them off the bench. I can't find him on theirs, or anyone's training camp rosters, he's not listed under players in NBA or players in NBADL. Anyone know anything?

Grundy was dismissed from Atlanta. He has KRob disease so I hear.

A couple of Pack players from the '01-'03 seasons that played for the Raleigh Rebels this year are going up to Pennsylvania to play in a similar league--not sure who all is going yet.

Tramain Hall is in the Durham area working out until the next camps.

Greg Golden is playing Arena 2 I believe.

^^From a friend that is related to a past teammate of Grundy's.

^he could, who knows? I can't remember what team it was that cut him, but they woudn't let him do kick returns so he couldn't even try to get on the special teams route.
