I have a two bedroom, 3RD FLOOR, apartment at University House on Tyron road in Raleigh, however, I have no roommate so you get the entire apartment to YOURSELF. The other bedroom is locked by the leasing company, however, if you wanted a roommate they could negotiate a contract with the main office. The sublease would start May 13th and go to July 31st. I WILL EVEN PAY FOR THE 2ND HALF OF MAY. All you have to pay is June and July, at the dicounted rate of $349 + Utilities, which are usually around $40-50. (Normal rent is $500 + Utilities) The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, oven, and garbage disposal. There is even a washer and dryer in the apartment. CABLE WITH 2 HBO'S, AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET ARE INCLUDED FREE.

Unfortunately I will no longer be able to offer May free of charge. Sorry about that but my financial situation has changed. However, I will be offering May at an even further discounted rate of $299 + Utilities. This is a really good deal. Dont pass it up. Also, the apartment will be avaliable starting May 6th, so this should further justify the rent for May.

This is a really great place, and I really need someone to take over my lease because I have already had to commit to another complex at my Grad school that starts this May.
