~ Utilities will be split up between the 3 roomates ( this includes me ).... possibility of all the good movie channels on dish if all 3 are in agreement. ( A friend has a townhouse in the same area and says it comes out to be around 80 or 90 per person for a total of 440 a month )
~ washer, dryer, dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, blender ... like new
~ shares a big bathroom ( two seperate sinks for each person )... this bathroom is pretty big compared to normal apt bathrooms.
~ 1 year lease starting May or August; If you have to move out earlier, there will be no charge for breaking the lease as long as you find a replacement for the remainder of the lease; as you know apertments charge the person leaving and the new person coming in for paperwork and such...
~ Located in a great neighberhood, safe, and quiet
~ Spacious living room and huge kitchen
~ both bedrooms are the same size, same layout, 15.8x8.8 feet

~ 200 security deposit.. you will get this back as long as you dont fuck up anything

** If you want a pet like a dog or cat, Rent will be 400 a month ( this includes 1 large animal ( dog or cat and 1 small animal snake, gerbil, etc..)

I know its a bit steep, but animals usually cause a lot of damage to the carpet, furniture, and walls.

Let me clarify

350 is rent with no pets ( if you have a small pet like a snake or fish and it stays in your room in a tank or cage ... we can talk about this depending on its size and possibilities of it escaping )

400 rent allows 1 dog and 1 cat and or 1 ( cat or dog ) and 1 small pet that is caged or resides in a tank

Isn't that what the deposit is for? Most apartment complexes just make you pay a higher deposit or $10-15 extra per month for pets.

^ the saftey deposits for people with animals is around 500 or they charge a flat out charge of 300 at the signing of the lease. Most apartments dont allow pets because they cause more damage than what they have paid for.


On this note...

Im reducing the rent with animals to 375 per month **** this only for one large pet, each additional large pet will be $15 extra per month......... ( if you have a caged pet, it goes under the 350 a month rent )

and the rent without animals stays the same at 350 a month

*** The townhouse comes furnished with all kitchen appliances ( power juicer, blender, pressure cooker, coffee maker, dishes, cups ... etc.. ) , t.v in the living room, couch, game cube, vast dvd collection. *****

********Only thing that will need to be furnished are the rooms you rent ********



* Also, If you pay the year long lease in full, the rent will be dropped by 25 dollars per month, saving prospective renters $300 in rent.

wow yeah that pet rent is really expensive. mine is a $10/mth flat fee for upto 2 pets. but who tells the leasing office you have pets anyway? hah. maintence has come to fix things in my apartment a few times, and they know i have pets, and dont say anything. so why pay extra. if they say anything, say you JUST got them.

and why does it seem that you're making these numbers up, to put more money in your pocket?? why else would you reduce the pet rent price unless you were in control of the price to begin with.
