That's a nice looking cat... it has a uniquely chubby face. 6/15/2007 2:40:22 AM |

I love his eyes! Good luck finding a home, I'd definitely take him if I didn't already have a house full. 6/15/2007 7:11:41 AM |

You seem to know more about cats than me. How old do you think he is? I might want to adopt, but I gotta think about vet bills (especially neutering). 6/15/2007 8:09:19 AM |

You can have the neutering done at SAFE HAVEN for Cats off of Durant Rd. Sometimes they have specials but usually having a cat fixed there is the best deal around anyway, and they're good too.6/15/2007 10:25:10 AM |

Also, if you make under a certain amount of money a year, you can apply for a reduced rate spay/neuter. 6/15/2007 11:19:00 AM |

Thanks for all the advice. The only thing holding me back now is that my roommate has a small dog. And I don't guess there's a way you can tell if a cat is good with other animals without having it around other animals. 6/15/2007 1:50:30 PM |

Vet bills aren't bad for an indoor cat. Think $100 every six months tops as they don't need most shots.
Outdoor cats are a diff matter. 6/15/2007 3:37:39 PM |

you can also go to the FOA (friends of animals) website and they offer reduced rates for spaying and neutering, you just order a certificate online and get it in the mail in a couple of days and take that to the vet when you go, not sure how much it is for a boy cat, but my girlie kitten got spayed for only $65 thanks to that website 6/15/2007 8:56:50 PM |
