harris teeter has 2.5 pound bags of chicken breast on sale buy one get one free

thats 5 pounds for 10 bucks...wrap that shit in tin foil with some spices and put in in the oven for 35 minutes, turning it over after about 20 minutes...that way you dont get all that nasty fat and calories and its way cheaper

Is old time bbq closed on sundays...for some reason I have that feeling...but they do have good friend chicken there.

also here's an easy recipie for fried chicken

3 eggs
1 cup hot red pepper sauce
2 cups self-rising flour
2 1/2 pound chicken, cut into pieces
House Seasoning, recipe follows
Oil, for frying, preferably peanut oil

Heat the oil to 350 degrees F in a deep pot. Do not fill the pot more than 1/2 full with oil.
In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs. Add enough hot sauce so the egg mixture is bright orange (about 1 cup). Season the chicken with the House Seasoning. Dip the seasoned chicken in the egg, and then coat well in the flour. Place the chicken in the preheated oil and fry the chicken in the oil until brown and crisp. Dark meat takes longer than white meat. Approximate cooking time is 13 to 14 minutes for dark meat and 8 to 10 minutes for white meat.

Mrs. Winner's has some REALLY good chicken! That's my preference. But, they're not in Raleigh.

I remember Hardee's had fried chicken buckets when I was a kid, and it was pretty good, better than KFC's.

DO NOT EAT CHICKEN FROM THE WESTERN BLVD KFC

The last two times I've eaten there, I've gotten really sick.
