woke up and first thought was that maybe I should get a video camera and tape myself sleeping. Because I was wondering how much I kick, toss and turn in my sleep. also if I snore or talk in my sleep.

we always start off at opposite ends of the bed, but always wake up tangled up in each other. so i know i toss and turn while sleeping

I grind my teeth really badly, as well as talk and yell in my sleep. I really want to go to a sleep clinic, but I'm too lazy so until I get a video camera that can tape for 6-8 hours, I guess I'll never know
