There are a number of left handed shotguns for the left shoulder that eject left.
Most seem to recommend learning to shoot left if righty/left eye dominant if you can.

" Where is the best place to buy used handguns in The Triangle? Bought my current/only firearm new from Cabela's but would be just as happy with a used model.

Tired of transporting my pistol in and out of the house every time I leave or return. Want to get one for home and leave one in the car."

Like 90+% of stolen guns recovered by police were stolen out of cars.

If you’re going to leave a gun in a car, at the very least install a lock box in a manner that you can’t pull the box out without a football player wielding a crowbar.

IMO if bringing a gun in and out of a home is a hassle, leave it at home.

Picked up one of the Henry Big Boy’s in .357 on Clearance from Wal-Mary. Man is it fun. Not space cowboy tactical, but still a blast.

I picked up the nex Henry X .45-70 a couple weeks ago. I still haven't shot it, and my online reading says it can damage AR500 plates at 100 yards.

They are my own, and I don't really want to destroy them.
I've got about 75 yards on my personal range, and I think if I hang them as opposed to on a post they may be alright.

Legal question: A little over a year ago I was required to surrender my ccw pursuant to a pending DWI. The details are; I was under the legal limit and not under the influence of any other drugs. I was not in possession of a firearm at the time of arrest. I was arrested because I refused all roadside tests. The officer was a dick and the magistrate after he spoke with her still charged me. I was charged with open container (empty mini found in the back passenger side.) and DWI. All charges were dismissed by the D.A.

Do I have to retake the safety course and reapply as if I’m starting new or is there a way to have my permit reinstated?

I have tried to call the permit office several times with no luck because of increased volume so just tossing it out to see if any of the TDub ccw instructors are still here that may know.
