saw 2 cars today that looked absolutely diabolical and would make almost anybody jealous.

1) BMW 7-series (current gen). Matte black paint job, including grills, wire wheels.

2) Grand Cherokee SRT-8: Black paint job, including 5-spoke wheels.

Saw a silver DB9 going on 85-north yesterday (first aston ever, for me). SUPER nice car. It's a lot smaller than I imagined. If it weren't for the rain, it might have been a more interesting run-in.

I saw the Lambo Countach in JBaz's picture in Chapel Hill not too long ago. Impressive...but looks smaller on the road than it does in pictures, to be sure.

Still one of the most "wild" looking exotics, even now when it's been out of production for almost 20 years.

So I was at crabtree valley mall when I saw a black NSX. The driver glimpsed to his right as he drove by. Then I saw what he was peeking at Porsche 997. Is it Turbo or GT2? Either way, SICK ride!

^ That's not a 997, but a 996 (997 has round headlights).

Also, since the rims are not stock, it is hard to tell which one it is, but the wing looks like that of the GT2 (Turbo and GT2 wings are different).

Saw an Orange Lambo in Cornelius Sunday afternoon. Looked very similar to Mario Williams' ride. Perhaps one of the Panthers that lives at Lake Norman.

I thought it might be a gt2 based on the wing, but i'm sure the decklids/spoiler can be swapped, just for the hell of it, I'm going to assume it is a GT2 so I can have braggin' rights to say I've personally see one (though unconfirmed...)

So yesterday my girl calls me all excited, and I'm like "Holy crap chill out." And she says, "No you don't understand!"

She chased down a blue-with-white-stripes Ford GT and silver Ferrari F430 Spyder to take cell phone pictures. In her Ford Focus, no less. She's a keeper. And those cars were sweet.

Also, I saw a new Audi A5 on Gorman yesterday. Not very exotic, but the first time I had ever seen one, and that car is sharp.

One more story, this one's old though. Two years ago, we were playing UNC in basketball in the RBC. They were ranked #3, and we...well we sucked. I was on the beltline going to Cary to get some face paint from Michael's for that night, and I saw, on the opposite side of the interstate, a bright red F430. I thought, "Surely, this is a sign from God." And yea, verily, our foes were defeated.
