Woody's buffalo sauce fucking sucks IMO

It's way too sweet to even be called a buffalo sauce

^^ that is what a lot of people say. that is why i always got hot. you can't get the mild the mild = "sweet"; then there's medium, hot, insane.

buffaloes on creedmor rd has a decent hot wing sauce.

i like hot things, so while it wasn't HOT, it was spicy. try it, it's not bad, for white people sauce

[Edited on May 25, 2008 at 12:05 AM. Reason : i say that as someone who eats fresh habenero peppers with meals.]

I like Wild Wings Cafe. The wings are crisp and have the right amount of sauce. China Syndrome is incredibly hot, but they have a good mix of regular hot wings to chose from.

BWW sauce is super salty and the sauce heat is inconsistent. I feel like the wings sometimes come out soggy.

Another think I like about Wild Wing Cafe, you can order a platter of wings with five flavors. You can try all the different hots and have a mild wing in the mix too (for your significant other).

The cook tried to destroy me last night at Lynnwood because I ordered backdraft and habanero. I couldn't tell which was which. The sauce looked more like curry this time instead of bar-b-que based.

^I saw that stuff at Le Gourmet at the smithfield outlets...it was about $35.00 a bottle and it said, "This is an ingredient, NOT a sauce, use a drop at a time"
crazy

The hottest at Bada aren't too shabby and I think they'll make it hotter if you ask.

There's a place called Ed's in Charlotte that you have to sign a wavier to eat 6 wings and if you finish they're free.
