I have a three bedroom townhouse with 1 bedroom available coming up on the 1st of September. The townhouse is new and very nice. It is completely furnished except for the bedroom. I am open to a male or female right now it is myself and another female.
The rent is $410 plus electric, gas and every 2-3 months water. That adds maybe $40 on average per month (plus about $10 every other for water). This is an estimate but I have lived here about two years now and that basically covers the expenses.
I am a student in accounting and I work part time a few days a week. I have a small dog who is 2 years old and already trained. I am a non-smoker and I like to keep things clean so everyone is comfortable in the house. I want it to feel like home for everyone who lives here!
