no, the breathalyser police carry in the field is not valid in court. The machine in the police station is what counts.

I never drink and drive but I'm paranoid about having a cop stop me for some bullshit reason at 1AM on a weekend night and then trying to pin a bogus DUI charge on me. Were you doing anything to attract attention to yourself while driving or was it a checkpoint?
