one of those vans passed by while i was putting my bike in my truck at cameron village, and did the usual "hey man, we have left over speakers from a job... blah blah blah..." i've been approached by them before, so i just ignored them completely, so then the guy yells "yeah, ignore me like a bitch" so he promptly got my largest middle finger, and then they drove away.

i was glad we had that quality time together.

Today in Cameron Village around 5:20 a fairly new white van stopped on the street outside the ABC store and started talking to a young guy getting out of a BMW... They gave the "we're from Advanced Audio in Cary and we were suppose to install this really nice home theater system" schpeil to him...

I over heard and I've seen the windfall of the scam perpetrated countless times on people on here (as they try to sell the speakers in the classified section)... so just a heads up and a warning that it's still pretty active.

I was at the BP on Hillsboro and Method.. fuckers came up to me in their newer white chevy van. I just started laughing, and told them that they were being talked about all over the net and I didn't want to buy any of their cheap ass shit. I talked to them for a second and tried to get out my phone to get close picture of their face but as soon as they saw me trying to they drove off... shit made my day.
