Here is my usual sale info:
Everything is OBRO (or best reasonable offer). Don't bother lowballing: nothing less than 1/2 asking price.
If someone offers my asking price, then I will sell it to them. I don't usually go into bidding wars over my stuff.
Feel free to make an offer, but I'm not desperate, I just have too much inventory.
Everything is posted on three sites.
If I say there is a bid of $x without a name, believe me.
I have over 30 referneces on TWW alone, and I'm sure people will verify that I am a good seller and will never rip anybody off. You will be hard pressed to find any deals like the ones I offer.

1. 4-8'' Elemental Designs ESHQ(? I don't remember model exactly) 4ohm sub woofers in custom box. These will hold 500W RMS total, and model to 132db on design software. They are NEW, and tested. Box is ~37L x 11H X 7D
$100 for the combo. I will recover if desired.

2. 2-12'' Adire Audio Shiva 8ohm sub woofers. These have been called some of the best SQ subs ever created. Rated to 300W RMS each. These are slightly used and tested working.
$100 for the pair.

3. 1-10'' Boss sub. This has been lightly used and is in perfect shape. Tested working. Rated at 200W rms and is perfect for adding a little bass to a stock system without taking up much space.
$15

4. JBL GTO402 4'' 2way speakers. Brand new, tested. Great little speakers if you are looking for a sheap upgrade for a factory radio.
$20

5. Assorted Speaker Grills
These are free with any other purchase or $5 by themselves. All new.

6. 2-12'' Alpine Type-R in ported box. Used, tested working. Everyone knows the great reputation of these subs. Rated at 250 RMS each. ~37L x 13.5H x 15D
$180

7. 1-12'' Thunder 8000. Used, tested working. Decent sub for great price.
$60

8-9. 1-12'' Cerwin Vega Sub. 400W RMS. Box 13.5''^3. Awesome sub. Used, tested working. I had this in my GF car for about 8 months. Always impressed by it, and sad to get rid of it.
Sony Xplode amp. Not the best but power the sub resonably.
$90 for the sub and box. $30 for the amp.

10. 2-10'' Dayton home audio subs. 150W rms. Shielded for use near TVs.
$35 each.

11. JL Audio 300/2 Used by me, bought new. Perfect condition. Ebay may have it cheaper, but they are b-stock, or fell off a truck. You know mine will work and not have problems.
$180

12. 2-6.5'' Elemental Designs Woofers. 100W RMS. 4ohm DVC.
$75 each

13. Greddy SAFC2. Car people will know what this is. If alters the readings of the air flow sensor so more fuel is injected. There are many other functions as well.
$150

14. VDO Boost guage. Used for a couple of months.
$20

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you need another picture of something, just ask.
I will bump this from the second page if it gets there once a day for the next week.

how you got them type r's wired and what config are they?

also, did you make that box? and what is it tuned to?

The Type-R are dual 4 ohm, and wired at two ohm load on two terminals.
I did not build the box, but I would guess 35hz as the tuning frequency.

I'll probably take that boost gauge. I'd like to upgrade my car's stereo, but it's all that proprietary bose powered amp and woofer bullshit.

It isn't that difficult to bypass the bose stuff in most vehicles.

^that really depends on the car and what u're trying to replace. most of ther systems are pretty wacky i.e. 1 ohms speakers, indiviual amps ,etc.

You would need an amp install kit, at least 8 gauge. This is power wire, ground wire, remote turn on, and signal line.

Sony 1002hx
2 channel amp that is one ohm stable according to the amp.
Output Power at 14.4V (20Hz ~ 20kHz):

2 x 70W @ 2 ohms (0.1% THD)
1 x 140W @ 4 ohms bridged (0.1% THD)
1 ohm stereo / 2 ohms bridged stable
.High Voltage Mode:
2 x 100W @ 4 ohms (0.04% THD)
2 x 140W @ 2 ohms (0.1% THD)
1 x 280W @ 4 ohms bridged (0.1% THD)
THD: =0.005% (1kHz, 4 ohms)
Freq. Response: 5Hz ~ 50Khz (+.05/-3 dB)
Fuse: 30A

Looks like the kits are at least $30. That kind of defeats the purpose of buying a $15 dollar amp. I don't know jack about car audio installation so is there any cheaper way to install than a $30 kit?

not really, but considering that most run about $80 for the kit, and a couple hundred for the amp, I am not seeing a problem.

Would the xplod be a good match for the mtx? and do you happen to have a box for the mtx?

Yes, the MTX sub and Xplode amp would be a good combo.
I have two boxes you can choose from if you buy the sub.
