I sold my games and my system about 8 years ago. losing them forever.
then out of the blue he calls me and says he needs me to fix his system because it doesn't work anymore. I cleaned the contacts on it and opened up a few vent holes a little wider and it works fine now.
He ALSO had kept my mariokart game and had never erased my old info

BTW - I agree that after experiencing MarioKart 64 I had high expectations for MarioKart Wii...

However, the classic feel in addition to ability to play online with others makes me give the Wii an the edge. I wished that there were more stages to unlock...

My best time was under 20 seconds. Best lap was like 3 seconds. I've seen someone complete it in under 13 seconds. Unfortunately we loaned the game to a friend many years ago, then never saw him again
