I am so the wrong person to ask. I'm a total cheapskate when it comes to art.

It's pretty, but amateurish. I'd say $50 a panel.

Whatever you can get for it... If you know someone who'll put it in a decent frame for little cost (my wife paints, and she's noticed that a lot of people who work wood as a hobby like to do this sort of thing), you can up the price.

The question is, how valuable do you think the product of your imagination and effort is?

so if you just wanted 1 panel could you do that? Also, could you put a different price on different panels? I don't understand art

It looks better without a frame. A frame would ruin the style aspect.

Depends.

This piece of garbage recently sold (allegedly, at least) for an inflation-adjusted price of ~$148 million.

To my I judge a piece by how long it would take someone to put it together. The only thing on there a 4th grader couldn't do might be the flowers. So I'd pay up to $150, if I actually liked it. If it's a relatively well known artist or has been featured at any sort of event it's going to be astronomical though.

Do any of you think she considers you the ideal market? I sure as hell wouldn't... I tend to avoid asking students & recent grads what they'd pay for anything.

lol yeah!

Would benefit me if someone saw my stuff and thought it conveyed amazing emotion or some shit.

Poor college students have a different mindset, especially creative ones but it's good to get an idea.

Kiwi,

I actually really like that painting (and most of the one's you've posted that you have done) and would probably pay around $150 for it. Would look great in my foyer.

that boat one absolutely demolishes every other piece of art you've posted on TWW, for the colors alone.

and really, you've never heard of jackson pollack???

hmm.

I mean, you seem to want honest criticism. that tree one looks like something the 5th best artist in a 4th grade class did. not tryna be mean .
