Because you have two options: online hard as shit homework that the teacher even said you can't complete without googling the answers and you still won't get everything right, or show up to these Sunday afternoon lectures and write a response.

you people...

it is Introduction to Geology... maybe attempt to learn something and you will be fine. that IS why you are at school.

I used to tutor for this class and the homework really does help you learn the material and start the thinking process that you will need for the tests.

that online homework isnt that difficult, just time consuming. the answers ARE in the texts and lectures.
