The cops can query the database for all Nissan Xterras with a license plate starting in YSS. After that they just see which ones are local and start knocking on doors. Won't take them long at all.

FUCKING INTERSTATE 40. 4-8 LANES, VEHCILES TRAVELING IN EXCESS OF 80 MPH, RANGING FROM SMALL CARS TO 18 WHEELERS. ON THE GODDAMN INTERFUCKINGSTATE.

I don't really feel sorry in the end. Scooter-fucks are annoying when they slow down traffic on city streets and shouldn't be allowed on the road, unless they can at least go the speed limit. BUT ON A FUCKING INTERSTATE? Darwin can have that shit.

Some guy was driving one down Wade Ave. this morning. Reminded me of this thread. 30 MPH in a 55 MPH zone where most of the cars are going 65MPH+ isn't the best idea in the world.

There are lots of scooters that are technically classified as motorcycles and will run 65+ all day long, but the guy on Wade wasn't on one of them.

I agree with both sides of the argument here. Scooters that don't keep up with traffic don't need to be on roads with higher speed limits (for their own and others safety). On the other hand, this probably isn't the time nor the thread to tactfully express that idea in relation to the loss this guy and his family have gone through. I feel bad for them, but at the same time, maybe others will see this and rethink hitting up the "faster" route in order to choose a path safer for them and others


but in reality, we know that won't happen... this will be another useless waste of someones life that could have been avoided, but won't teach anyone a lesson

regardless if the scooter is supposed to be on 40 or not the point is you don't just run over another human being just because they aren't supposed to be there. Not to mention as someone pointed out...40 is 4 lanes each way and it was 10:30 at night. How in the hell can you not just use one of the 3 other lanes if this person was even in a lane to begin with.
