n NCSU dorm rooms
Quote : | "Chapel Hill, N.C. — Drugs and ammunition were found in the dorm rooms of two North Carolina State University students charged last week with breaking into a Chapel Hill drug store, according to search warrants released Monday.
Tamyka Marie Steinbeck, 19, of 2296 Hopewell Church Road in Catawba, and Christopher Proctor, 18, of 311 Williford Road in Ahoskie, are freshmen biochemistry majors at the school. They were arrested Thursday along with a third person, Jacob Howard Lockerman, 18, of 706 Petterson St. in Clinton, at the Rite Aid in the Eastgate Shopping Center.
Chapel Hill police said the three had bagged up large quantities of prescription drugs. Each was charged with felony breaking and entering, damage to real property, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of burglary tools.
Police seized morphine, bags and bottles of pills, smoking pipes, syringes and $300 in cash from Steinbeck's dorm room, according to a search warrant. They seized 9-millimeter and .38-caliber bullets, a bag containing a "green leafy substance," a bag of prescriptions, a bag of knee-high stockings and a Lowe's receipt for the purchase of gloves and masks from Proctor's room, according to a warrant.
The two students told police they scouted out the Rite-Aid before gaining access through a ventilation duct on the roof, according to an affidavit attached to the search warrants. Proctor told police they intended to steal drugs to use and sell, according to the affidavit.
Investigators found narcotics and tools in the trunk of a Honda parked outside the drug store, according to the affidavit." |

i am surprised the were BIOCHEM majors.
i mean, idiots can't make it in biochem. neither can loafers and lazy asses.
you gotta be a hardworking smart student.
and hardworking smart students don't commit felonies. (usually) 4/27/2009 10:20:56 PM |

meh...
I think it's a pretty narrow-minded thought process to think that:
smart people don't do stupid things or only stupid people do stupid things or your major defines your intelligence or there's only one type of intelligence in this world or successful people are all smart or unsuccessful people are all dumb

^^ Jesus dude, where did I say ANY of those things?
There is a BIG FUCKING WHALE of a difference between "stupid things" and "armed robbery of narcotics".
Talk about simplifying shit. 4/27/2009 11:18:54 PM |
