It was that one that said "We would appreciate it if those of you that are of a brown nature would turn your vehicles around at your earliest convenience." It was right next to Hwy 53 outside Burgaw.

it was the kkk billboard.. i cant remember exactly were it was located.. it was like "welcome to kkk country" or something like that. i wanted to show a friend it. he doesn't believe me.
