Recommended daily caloric intake for a girl my size is between 1300 and 1600 per day, based on activity levels. At 800 calories per dish, eating at Chipotle is a bad idea.

Yeah, my typical order there isn't so bad, only 775 calories. The key is not to go nuts for the condiments, i.e., not getting cheese, sour cream, and guac. Also, the chips are really bad for you, but when I have a bigass burrito, I don't even have room for the chips, so it's not a problem for me. 10/4/2009 5:56:21 PM |

I usually get a burrito bowl with just rice, peppers and onions, chicken, lettuce and mild tomato sauce. Thats not even 500 calories and it fills you up for hours. 10/4/2009 8:10:20 PM |
