i have her twitter account (its protected) but i don't know if i can find it.

therefore she has deleted or blocked everything that was hers.
if i confront her she's just gonna delete this page and start another (well i think)

If she has a Twitter, it seems likely that she would also have a Facebook or Myspace page. Perhaps you could find it and send her a message on there. Or if she is a student somewhere search student directories.

if its something youre sending for legal purposes, i suggest just sending her a certified letter. she'll have to sign for it, and it'll be proof that she got whatever it is you sent her. i think its overnighted. pretty quick stuff. and you'd know she got it, as opposed to her email address...she could delete without reading, or just block you again.
